Barry J. Brock, M.D. has over 30 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology treating women of all ages. He has been an attending doctor at Cedars Sinai Medical Center since completing his residency at the same hospital. He takes pride in giving quality care to all his patients. His obstetrical skills have resulted in maintaining one of the lowest cesarean section rate at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He is also known for doing vaginal breech deliveries, vbac (vaginal delivery after cesarean section) and vaginal twin deliveries. Barry J. Brock, M.D. has been a member of the Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery Center thus offering his patients major surgeries if necessary, via laparoscopic techniques (belly button surgery). He has also been part of the Center of Excellence, Center for Women’s Incontinence and Pelvic Health. Dr. Brock offers vaginal outpatient surgeries for urinary incontinence, including the tension free sling.

Dr. Brock received his undergraduate and medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He did an internship at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, followed by a one-year surgical residency. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

For the last 16 years, Dr. Brock has volunteered for Helps Internationally, traveling to Guatemala to operate on the local population.
